9/25/2023 0 Comments Staghorn calculus medical termThe physical examination findings are either unremarkable or reveal mild tenderness with palpation of the affected kidney. Typical symptoms of acute renal colic are intermittent colicky flank pain that might radiate to the lower abdomen or groin. In contrast to ureteral stones, renal stones seldom present as an emergency. 4 Magnesium ammonium phosphate stones can form on a idus of a calcium oxalate renal stone. The resultant alkaline urinary environment and the high urinary concentrations of ammonia, trivalent phosphate, and magnesium promote crystallization of magnesium ammonium phosphate, which leads to the formation of large, branched stones. Other urea-splitting bacteria include some Klebsiella and Pseudomonas species, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, and Ureaplasma urealyticum. Staghorn stones composed of struvite are usually associated with urinary tract infection caused by a urea-splitting organism, the most common of which is Proteus mirabilis. Most staghorn stones are composed of mixtures of magnesium ammonium phosphate and calcium carbonate apatite, but cystine and uric acid stones can also present in this fashion. 4 These stones usually fill the renal pelvis and branch into several or all of the calices. Staghorn calculi are branched stones that occupy a major part of the renal collecting system. Staghorn stones are slightly more common in females. Males and those with a family history of renal stones are more likely to be affected. 1,2 Without preventative intervention, up to 50% of patients have a recurrence within 5 years after successful treatment. Urolithiasis affects about 10% to 12% of the population worldwide, and the incidence is increasing. Stone analysis revealed that the calculi were composed of 76% magnesium ammonium phosphate (struvite) and 24% calcium carbonate( apatite. Left PCNL was also performed with clearance of all the residual stones ( Figure 1D). Secondstage right PCNL for the residual stones was performed 2 weeks later, and all the stones were cleared ( Figure 1C). Simultaneous right percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) was performed, and a ureteral stent was inserted at the end of the procedure ( Figure 1B). The patient underwent transurethral incision of the right ureterocele and ureteroscopic removal of the ureteral stone. Serum calcium, phosphate, urate, blood urea( nitrogen, creatinine, and electrolyte levels were normal. A radioisotopic study showed the differential function of the right and left kidneys to be 44% and 56%, respectively, with scarring in the upper pole of the right kidney. A subsequent intravenous urogram (IVU) confirmed the presence of bilateral renal staghorn calculi and a right ureteral stone within a ureterocele. Plain radiography with a kidney-ureter-bladder (KUB) view revealed multiple opacities in the region of both kidneys and specifically in a location that corresponded to each renal pelvis ( Figure 1A). Urinalysis showed 5 to 10 white blood cells and 3 to 5 red blood cells per high-power field. Other than mild loin tenderness, physical findings were normal. Her history included 3 urinary tract infections a Proteus species was cultured on each occasion. She did not have urinary frequency, urgency, or dysuria. Complete stone clearance is achieved after the third PCNL ( D).Ī 48-year-old woman sought medical attention after an episode of gross hematuria associated with mild right-sided loin discomfort. Treatment results are shown after the first percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and removal of the ureteral stone ( B) and after the second PCNL ( C). Last up, we have the newest kid on the block, just pushing past the C58 and QBZ-83. The EM2 is a beautiful new weapon in Season 5. It can be a bit of a pain to get hold of, but it’s definitely worth the effort in Call of Duty Warzone Season 5. However, it does require players to kill 3 enemies affected by their Tactical Equipment in 15 different multiplayer matches. If you still haven’t unlocked this weapon, it is available for free. And, of course, with its smaller magazine, a VDV 40-Round Fast Mag will mean you are reloading less and killing more. To keep your aim steady as ever, a GRU Suppressor, Spetsnaz Grip, and KGB Skeletal Stock provide a perfect combination which still maintains the lightweight design. The first thing you’ll want to throw on the OTs 9 is a plain and simple Microflex LED. This is essentially a long-range SMG that can rival Cold War’s MP5, and it comes with a slightly higher DPS than the MAC-10. The OTs 9 submachine gun made quite the impression when it arrived last month, with its reliable recoil, decent visibility, and surprising range. The OTs 9 remains a stellar SMG for those who like to fight at range. Lastly, a STANAG 53-Round Drum is essential, as the MAC-10 eats through a magazine insanely fast. Adding a Raider Stock ensures you can keep on the run, with its improved sprint-to-fire time. While you won’t have a scope on this loadout, a Tiger Team Spotlight on the body will keep your ADS speed low and retain the ability to spot enemies. It will affect stability, but this is where the hip fire comes into play. Then, by adding a 27.4 Ranger muzzle, your MAC-10 won’t only increase in damage output, it’ll also boost its effective damage range and bullet velocity - both essential in Warzone’s open fields. With its high fire rate and deadly hip fire, you’ll barely go a match without coming across this sub-machine gun.Īgain, you’ll want an Agency Suppressor, because you’ll be showing up on the enemy radar a lot otherwise. The MAC-10 is a beast up close in Warzone Season 5.Ĭhanging up something longer-ranged for a close-ranged king? The MAC-10 is the perfect sidekick in Season 5, and the weapon you need for when things get up close and personal. 9/25/2023 0 Comments Amd link failurelibethash-sycl/libethash-sycl.a /home/jaytong/DPA_Projects/LIBS/ethash/0.4.3/lib/libethash.a. libapicore/libapicore.a -ljsoncpp /home/jaytong/DPA_Projects/LIBS/openssl/1.1.1f/lib/libssl.so /home/jaytong/DPA_Projects/LIBS/openssl/1.1.1f/lib/libcrypto.so. libdevcore/libdevcore.a libethminer-buildinfo.a /home/jaytong/DPA_Projects/LIBS/boost/1.73.0/lib/libboost_system.so.1.71.0 /home/jaytong/DPA_Projects/LIBS/boost/1.73.0/lib/libboost_thread.so.1.71.0. The interface for manipulating these parameters are two pairs of functions. index can also be a two-tuple specifying the ( first, last) indices (1-based, and including last) of the subplot, e.g., fig.addsubplot (3, 1, (1, 2)) makes a subplot that spans the upper. fig.subplotsadjust(right0.8) you adjust the subplot and not the axe directly so you dont affect ax5. index starts at 1 in the upper left corner and increases to the right. The approximate distance is simply the reciprocal of the parallax: d (pc) ≈ 1 / p (arcsec). Because stellar parallaxes and distances all involve such skinny right triangles, a convenient trigonometric approximation can be used to convert parallaxes (in arcseconds) to distance (in parsecs). The distance unit parsec is defined as the length of the leg of a right triangle adjacent to the angle of one arcsecond at one vertex, where the other leg is 1 AU long. Stellar parallax measures are given in the tiny units of arcseconds, or even in thousandths of arcseconds (milliarcseconds). The more distant an object is, the smaller its parallax. So that d = E-Sun / tan(½θ), where E-Sun is 1 AU. The distance d from the Sun to S now follows from simple trigonometry: Since line E'-v' is a transversal in the same (approximately Euclidean) plane as parallel lines E-v and E'-v, it follows that the corresponding angles of intersection of these parallel lines with this transversal are congruent: the angle θ between lines of sight E-v and E'-v' is equal to the angle θ between E'-v and E'-v', which is the angle θ between observed positions of S in relation to its apparently unmoving stellar surroundings. Thus a line of sight from Earth's first position E to vertex v will be essentially the same as a line of sight from the Earth's second position E' to the same vertex v, and will therefore run parallel to it - impossible to depict convincingly in an image of limited size: This means that the distance of the movement of the Earth compared to the distance to these infinitely far away stars is, within the accuracy of the measurement, 0. The vertices v and v' of the elliptical projection of the path of S are projections of positions of Earth E and E’ such that a line E-E’ intersects the line Sun-S at a right angle the triangle created by points E, E’ and S is an isosceles triangle with the line Sun-S as its symmetry axis.Īny stars that did not move between observations are, for the purpose of the accuracy of the measurement, infinitely far away. The plane of Earth’s orbit is at an angle to a line from the Sun through S. The center of the ellipse corresponds to the point where S would be seen from the Sun: The farther S is removed from Earth’s orbital axis, the greater the eccentricity of the path of S. The observed path is an ellipse: the projection of Earth’s orbit around the Sun through S onto the distant background of non-moving stars. Stars that did not seem to move in relation to each other are used as reference points to determine the path of S. Throughout the year the position of a star S is noted in relation to other stars in its apparent neighborhood: JSTOR ( June 2020) ( Learn how and when to remove this template message).Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. Thomas Henderson, Friedrich Georg Wilhelm von Struve, and Friedrich Bessel made first successful parallax measurements in 1832-1838, for the stars alpha Centauri, Vega, and 61 Cygni. Stellar parallax is so difficult to detect that its existence was the subject of much debate in astronomy for hundreds of years. The parallax itself is considered to be half of this maximum, about equivalent to the observational shift that would occur due to the different positions of Earth and the Sun, a baseline of one astronomical unit (AU). Created by the different orbital positions of Earth, the extremely small observed shift is largest at time intervals of about six months, when Earth arrives at opposite sides of the Sun in its orbit, giving a baseline distance of about two astronomical units between observations. By extension, it is a method for determining the distance to the star through trigonometry, the stellar parallax method. Stellar parallax is the apparent shift of position ( parallax) of any nearby star (or other object) against the background of distant stars. (1 AU and 1 parsec are not to scale, 1 parsec = ~206265 AU) Stellar parallax is the basis for the parsec, which is the distance from the Sun to an astronomical object that has a parallax angle of one arcsecond. For broader coverage of this topic, see Parallax in astronomy. 9/25/2023 0 Comments Elk grove village illinoisTo view the Elk Grove Municipal Code, please see the Village Code section. Maybe commit C wasn't a disaster, but just a bit off. Because you used -hard, your files are reset to their state at commit B. You want to destroy commit C and also throw away any uncommitted changes. Say you have this, where C is your HEAD and (F) is the state of your files. I'll show you the 4 different ways you can undo a commit. But it's actually amazingly easy if you do understand. Undoing a commit is a little scary if you don't know how it works. The article What is the HEAD in git? is helpful if you want to uncommit multiple commits. Once you have this value, use the sequence of commands as explained above. You can use git reflog to determine the SHA-1 for the commit to which you wish to revert. You should understand the implications of rewriting history if you has already been published. It's almost always a bad idea to use -force prefer -force-with-lease instead, and as noted in the git manual: To remove (not revert) a commit that has been pushed to the server, rewriting history with git push origin main -force is necessary.
